摘要
为确保生产海水海砂混凝土的工作性能,减少因生产过程导致海水海砂混凝土质量不合格而带来混凝土强度性质降低,从影响混凝土在建筑工程中的使用,本文综合文献阅读、实地调研等方法提出影响海水海砂混凝土质量的因素,构建层次分析法的评价体系,并计算各个因素的权重,对权重较大的影响因素制定相应的控制措施。研究表明,海水海砂混凝土组成材料中的水泥、石子和海砂等对海水海砂混凝土生产质量影响较大,其余影响混凝土生产质量较大的因素包括混凝土的搅拌、生产过程中的温度和海水中的氯化钠等。
In order to ensure the working performance of seawater sea sand concrete production, reduce the quality of concrete caused by unqualified seawater sea sand concrete due to the production process, and reduce the use of concrete in construction projects, this paper combines literature reading and field research method to propose the factores influencing the quality of seawater sea sand concrete, construct the evaluation system of analytic hierarchy process, calculate the weight of each factor, and formulate corresponding control measures for the influencing factors with large weight. The research shows that the cement, stone and sea sand in the sea sand concrete composition have great influence on the quality of seawater sea sand concrete production. The other factors affecting the concrete production quality include the mixing of concrete, the temperature during the production process and sodium chloride in seawater and etc.
