摘要
随着经济社会的发展,住房公积金体制和运营模式已不适应时代发展的需要。政府应调整住房公积金制度的规则和服务目标,扩大其服务范围,引入资本金制度,改善关于公积金的管理与分配的监督体制,以此维护好人民群众的合法权益,保障公积金运营体制的有序进行。
With the development of economy and society,the mechanism and running model of housing provident fund can’t keep up with the developing needs of the times.The government should adjust the related regulations and service goals,expand the scope of service,and use the capital system to improve the supervising mechanism and ensure the legitimate rights of people.All this can ensure the orderly operation of housing provident fund mechanism.
