从肝郁论治耳石症手法复位后残余症状初探 被引量：3

摘要 耳石症手法复位治疗后,部分患者会出现持续性头昏沉不清,走路不稳等残余症状。临床观察发现,此类患者以肝郁症状为主要表现。笔者在临床中应以疏肝解郁为主法并据兼证随证加减可取得良好疗效,兹撰此文对从肝郁论治耳石症手法复位后残余症状的相关理论及实践进行初探。
