纺织品携带致病菌β-溶血性链球菌的风险评估

摘要 探讨当前纺织品携带β-溶血性链球菌的现状和建立相关风险评估的方法。采用免疫磁珠分离技术富集纺织品样本中β-溶血性链球菌,运用重组酶聚合酶等温扩增技术检测富集的β-溶血性链球菌,对采集的2016年—2017年我国20个省市的600多份纺织品样本进行了检测,建立起纺织品携带致病菌β-溶血性链球菌风险评估体系,对近两年纺织品携带致病菌β-溶血性链球菌风险状况进行了评估。认为:我国纺织品存在携带致病菌的质量安全隐患,应建立起相关风险评估体系,为我国纺织品卫生监控提供技术保障。 The status of current textiles carrying pathogenic bacterium beta-hemolytic streptococcus and the method to establish related risk assessment were discussed.The immunomagnetic bead isolation technology was adopted to gather beta-hemolytic streptococcus in the textile sample.The temperature amplification technologies like recombinase polymerase and so on were used to test the gathered beta-hemolytic streptococcus.More than six hundred of textile samples that was collected during 2016-2017 from more than twenty provinces and cities in our country were tested.The risk assessment system on pathogenic bacterium beta-hemolytic streptococcus carried by the textiles was established.The risk of pathogenic bacterium beta-hemolytic streptococcus carried by the textiles in the recent two years was evaluated.It is considered that there is potential quality and safety hazard of carrying pathogenic bacterium for the textiles in our country.The related risk assessment system should be established to provide technology support for health control of the textiles in our country.
