摘要
现代学徒制是开展校企合作、深化产教融合、实现校企共育,培养社会所需的高素质技术技能人才的重要模式。文章在分析高职酒店管理专业校企合作中存在主要问题的基础上,以广东创新科技职业学院酒店管理专业为例,阐述了酒店管理专业在校企合作过程中形成的“23456”人才培养模式的基本内涵;实现了校企紧密合作,提升了人才培养质量,促进了酒店管理专业建设和教学改革。
Modern apprenticeship is an important mode to carry out school-enterprise cooperation,to deepen the integration of industry and education,to realize school-enterprise cultivate talents together,and to cultivate high-quality technical talents needed by the society.Based on the analysis of the main problems in the school-enterprise cooperation of the higher vocational hotel management major,this paper takes the Hotel Management Major of Guangdong Innovative Technical College as an example,to elaborate the basic connotation of the"23456"talent training mode formed by the Hotel Management Major in the school-enterprise cooperation,to realize the close school-enterprise cooperation,to improve the quality of talent training,to promote the construction and teaching reform of the Hotel Management Major.
