摘要
煤巷快速掘进是矿井实现提高单掘速度、解决采掘矛盾、推动煤矿机械化升级的重要保障,是优化煤巷掘进中破岩、支护、装运三大工序之间的配置问题。科学合理的空顶距是巷道安全快速掘进的前提,以阳煤集团榆树坡煤矿2号煤辅助运输大巷掘进为工程背景,运用理论分析、数值计算和工程实践相结合的方法,以空顶区围岩应力分布、位移变化、塑性区分布为切入点,揭示了快速掘进空顶距对围岩稳定性影响规律,空顶距不超过5 m时空顶区围岩稳定性较好,超出5 m后围岩各项稳定因素急剧增加。对原有掘进工艺进行优化,有效解决了掘支作业交替频繁等问题,实现了综掘工作面安全、高效的生产,节省了矿井基建成本,加快了矿井建设速度。
Rapid mining of coal roadway is an important guarantee for the mine to improve the speed of single mining, solve the contradiction of mining and promote the mechanization of coal mines. It is the configuration problem between the three major processes of rock breaking, support and shipping in the optimization of coal roadway mining. The scientific and reasonable empty roof distance is the premise of safe and rapid mining of roadway. The No. 2 coal auxiliary transportation roadway mining of Yanshupo Mine of Yangquan Mining Group was taken as the engineering background, with the combination of theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and engineering practice, based on stress distribution,displacement change and plastic zone distribution of the surrounding rock, the influence of the rapid heading distance on the surrounding rock stability was revealed, when the empty roof distance did not exceed 5 m, the surrounding rock stability was better, more than 5 m, the stability factors of surrounding rock increased dramatically. The original excavation process was optimized to effectively solve the problems of frequent alternating mining operations, realizing safe and efficient production of fully mechanized excavation working face, saving mine capital construction cost and speeding up mine construction speed.
