摘要
基于电力企业的特点,从生态环保、服务质量、技术竞争力、市场布局4方面建立电力企业可持续发展能力评估指标体系,结合熵权法和复杂比例评价法(COPARS)建立综合评价模型,选取6家代表性电力企业进行实证分析及应用。研究结果表明:代表技术竞争力和创新能力的授权专利增长率指标在电力企业可持续发展能力评价模型中权重最大;我国国家电网的可持续发展能力为中等水平,仍有较大的提升空间。电力企业制定可持续发展战略时可参考本模型,实现有的放矢、提升管理效率。
Based on the characteristics of electric pow er enterprise, this paper establishes the index system of power enterprise sustainable developm ent ability from four aspects of ecological environm ent protection, service quality, technology competitiveness and market layout, and establishes a comprehensive evaluation model combined with the entropy method and the complex proportion evaluation method (COPARS), selects six representative electric power enterprises for empirical analysis and application. The results show that: the authorized patent growth rate, which represents technological competitiveness and innovation ability, has the largest weight in the evaluation m odel of sustainable development ability of electric power enterprises;the sustainable development ability of national power grid is medium level, and there is still great room for improvement. This model can be referred to in the formulation of sustainable development strategy of electric power enterprises, so as to realize the goal of the purpose of improving the management efficiency.
