摘要
介绍用于无缝钢管生产的齿条步进式冷床的结构、组成及工作原理。分析冷床运动过程中的受力状态,探讨冷床升降机构及横移机构传动系统的设计计算方法。根据该计算结果设计的冷床传动系统可保证齿条步进式冷床低速启动和高速平稳运行,无缝钢管落在定齿梁上时低速停止,并可使无缝钢管在圆周方向上均匀冷却,避免发生弯曲,确保无缝钢管表面质量。
Described in the article are the sturcture, the compostion and the working principle of a walking beam cooling bed for seamless steel pipe production. The load condition of the cooling bed in motion is analyzed, and the design calculation method of the drive system of the cooling bed lifting and transfering mechanism is discussed. According to the results of the calculation, the designed cooling bed drive system can guarantee low speed start-up and high speed stable operation of the walking beam cooling bed. When a seamless steel pipe drops on the fixed rack, it will stop at low speed, which allows uniform cooling on circumference of the pipe, avoids curving and ensures its surface quality.
