宫颈癌术后脉管癌栓阳性患者同步放化疗治疗的短期效果及不良反应分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析对宫颈癌术后脉管癌栓阳性患者给予同步放化疗治疗的短期效果与不良反应。方法:选择本院2012年6月-2015年6月收治的80例宫颈癌术后脉管癌栓阳性患者作为观察对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组行单纯放疗,研究组行同步放化疗。随访3年,观察对比两组1、2、3年的总生存率、盆腔复发率、无进展生存率及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组随访1、2年盆腔复发率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组随访3年的盆腔复发率、总生存率及无进展生存率与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组胃肠道不良反应发生率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对宫颈癌术后脉管癌栓阳性患者给予同步放化疗能降低盆腔复发率,改善患者近期生存率,但是容易出现胃肠道反应等不良反应,应做好应对措施。 Objective:To analyze the short-term effects and adverse reactions of simultaneous radiotherapy and chemotherapy in positive vascular tumor thrombus patients after cervical cancer surgery.Method:80 cases of positive vascular tumor thrombus patients after cervical cancer surgery were selected in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2015 as the observation objects.According to different treatment methods they were divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.The control group received simple radiotherapy,the study group received simultaneous radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Followed-up for 3 years,1,2,3 years of overall survival rate,the pelvic recurrence rate,the progression-free survival rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:1 year,2 years of pelvic recurrence rates in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).3 years pelvic recurrence rate,3 years overall survival rate and the progressionfree survival rate in the study group were compared with the control group,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence rate of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Simultaneous radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of positive vascular tumor thrombus patients after cervical cancer surgery can reduce the rate of pelvic recurrence,and improve the short-term survival rate of the patients,but it is easy to appear gastrointestinal reaction and other adverse reactions,so countermeasures should be taken.
