摘要
目的:研究复方聚乙二醇电解质联合二甲硅油散在胶囊内镜检查中的应用价值。方法:选取2015年6月-2018年6月于本院进行胶囊内镜检查的108例患者。按照随机数字表法将其分为甲、乙、丙组,各36例。甲组予硫酸镁行肠道准备,乙组予复方聚乙二醇电解质散行肠道准备,丙组予复方聚乙二醇电解质联合二甲硅油散行肠道准备。比较三组肠道清洁率、视野清晰度、肠道准备满意度、胃及小肠通过时间、到达回盲瓣时间及耐受率。结果:三组清洁率、视野清晰度、肠道准备满意度、耐受率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且丙组清洁率、视野清晰度、肠道准备满意度、耐受率均高于甲、乙组;乙、丙组小肠通过时间、到达回盲瓣时间均少于甲组,且丙组均少于乙组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组胃通过时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在胶囊内镜检查中复方聚乙二醇电解质联合二甲硅油散,能有效地提高肠道的清洁率,缩短胶囊内镜通过消化道的时间,且安全有效,具有临床应用价值。
Objective:To study on the application value of Compound Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte combined with Dimethicone Dispersion in capsule endoscopy.Method:A total of 108 patients who underwent capsule endoscopy in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into group A,B and C,36 cases in each group.Group A received intestinal preparation with Magnesium Sulfate,group B received intestinal preparation with Compound Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte,group C received intestinal preparation with Compound Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte combined with Dimethicone Dispersion.The intestinal cleanliness rate,visual field clarity,intestinal preparation satisfaction,gastrointestinal and small intestinal transit time,ileocecal valve arrival time and tolerance rate among the three groups were compared.Result:The cleanliness rate,visual field clarity,intestinal preparation satisfaction,tolerance rate of three groups were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the cleanliness rate,visual field clarity,intestinal preparation satisfaction and tolerance rate of group C were higher than those of A and group B.The intestinal transit time and ileocecal valve arrival time in group B and C were less than those of group A,and those in group C were less than those of group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The passage time of stomach in three groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In capsule endoscopy,Compound Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte combined with Dimethicone Dispersion can effectively improve the intestinal cleansing rate,shorten the time of capsule endoscopy through the digestive tract,and it is safe and effective,and has clinical application value.
