摘要
目的探讨护理风险管理在小儿静脉留置针输液中的应用价值。方法随机将我院2018年1~12月收治的接受静脉留置针输液治疗的5000例患儿分为研究组和对照组,每组各2500例。对照组给予常规护理管理,研究组在对照组基础上给予护理风险管理。比较两组患儿的家长满意度及输液操作不良事件发生率。同时选取我科40名护士随机分为护理对照组和护理研究组,每组各20名。比较两组护理人员风险管理意识、风险防范质量、风险处理能力评分。结果研究组患儿家长护理满意度为96.00%(2400/2500),明显高于对照组的82.00%(2050/2500)(χ^2=250.26,P<0.05)。护理研究组护士风险管理意识、风险防范质量以及风险处理能力评分均明显高于护理对照组(t=6.7823、5.8923、8.9923,P<0.05)。研究组不良事件发生率为5.60%(140/2500),明显低于对照组的20.00%(600/2500)(χ^2=232.22,P<0.05)。结论在小儿静脉留置针输液操作中实施护理风险管理,可以产生明显临床效果,有助于提升护理人员风险管理意识、风险防范质量以及风险处理能力,有助于降低输液过程不良事件发生率,提升家长满意度,具有推广应用价值。
Objective To discuss the application value of nursing risk management in intravenous indwelling needle transfusion for children.Methods 5 000 children received intravenous indwelling needle transfusion in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the research group and the control group,each group consists of 2 500 cases.The control group was given routine nursing management;the research group was given nursing risk management base on the control group.The satisfaction of children's parents and incidence of adverse events during infusion were compared between the two group.At the same time,40 nurses in our department were selected,who were randomly divided into nurse research group and nurse control group,20 in each group.The scores of risk management awareness,risk prevention quality,risk management ability of two nurse group were compared.Results Satisfaction rate of children's parents in research group was 96.0%(2 400/2 500),which was significantly higher than that of control group (82.00%,2 050/2 500)(χ^2 =250.26,P <0.05).The scores of risk management awareness of nursing staff,risk prevention quality and risk management ability in nurses research group were all higher than those in the nurses control group ( t =6.782 3,5.892 3,8.992 3,P <0.05).The incidence of adverse events of research group was only 5.60%(140/2 500),which was obviously lower than that in the control group (20.00%,600/2 500)(χ^2 =232.22,P <0.05).Conclusion The active implementation of nursing risk management for intravenous indwelling needle transfusion of children can produce significant clinical effects,which can improve the risk management awareness of nursing staff,risk prevention quality and risk management ability,reduce the incidence of adverse events,improve the satisfaction of children's parents.It is worthy of wide clinical application.
