摘要
高校图书馆开展数字人文服务存在若干困境,要摆脱困境必须依靠馆员,大力培育馆员的职业素养。文章首先从高校图书馆数字人文研究与实践两个角度出发,分析了目前存在的困境,再结合馆员显性职业素养和隐性职业素养内容,分别提出了以项目为导向、任务为驱动的课程形式开展数字人文专项继续教育等的显性素养培育对策,以及建立激励与约束并行的激励机制,构建命运共同体等的隐性素养培育对策。
There are some difficulties in the development of digital humanities service in university libraries,and libraries must cultivate professional qualification of librarians to tackle these difficulties.This paper first analyzes the existing dilemma from the perspective of digital humanities research and practice.Considering the contents of explicit and implicit librarians’professional qualification,strategies of providing librarians with further special digital humanities education in the form of project-oriented and task-driven curriculum to cultivate explicit professional are put forward.Besides,it is proposed that strategies for cultivating implicit professional qualification stressing establishing incentive mechanism which attaches equal importance to incentive and restraint and building fate community should be followed.
