摘要
随着教育的发展和学校职能的丰富,校友工作日益成为高校工作的重要组成部分。当前,国内高校校友工作存在理论体系缺乏深度,缺乏顶层设计和系统规划,模式缺乏创新,队伍不稳定以及趋向功利化等问题。因此,提出大学校友力是为了囊括和总结校友工作的碎片化概念以及探析发掘校友潜能优势的途径,更好地促进校友与母校的共同发展。立足“发展共同体”视角,对大学校友力的开发和利用展开深入研究,探索校友力在文化传承、情感凝聚、智力支持、平台搭建和资源集聚五大方面的有效实现路径,以期构建“情感共同体”,培育“荣誉共同体”,打造“发展共同体”,激发校友从内心深处自觉产生为母校作贡献的使命感和自豪感,形成“爱校、荣校、助校”的整体力量和文化氛围。
With the development of education and the enrichment of its functions involved,alumni work has been playing an important role in college recently.It's been revealed that there still exist some problems in domestic alumni work,such as lack of depth in theoretical level,top-level design lacking systematic planning,lack of innovation in alumni work models and lack of stabilization and the utilitarianism of working groups.Therefore,the focus on the alumni groups' power aims to spread the concept of fragmentation and dig out ways to improve the potential of alumni work for better development of colleges.From the perspective of "development-community",alumni groups' power is researched on to establish "emotional-community",cultivate "honor-community" and "development-community",which in a sense inspires alumni groups to make contributions for their alma maters proudly and consciously,forming the overall strength and cultural atmosphere of "loving,honoring and assisting schools".
