摘要
为了表现九乔路单塔4跨自锚式悬索桥的艺术造型,提升城市区域景观,桥塔采用双耳瓷瓶轮廓异形结构。先从建筑和结构2方面阐述了该桥塔的设计,然后采用Midas Civil及Fea软件分别建立桥塔空间梁单元和实体单元有限元模型,对恒载、汽车荷载、温度梯度作用下的桥塔结构设计进行计算,并对2个有限元模型的计算结果进行对比分析。计算结果表明:1)桥塔截面尺寸合理,受力满足规范要求;2)梁单元模型和实体单元模型整体计算结果比较一致,但在塔底等交接位置的局部应力计算结果相差较大,2种模型需要相互校核。
The Jiuqiao Road bridge was a single tower self-anchored suspension bridge with four spans,in order to show the art of the bridge,to upgrade urban regional landscape,the special-shaped tower is designed like a china vase with two ears.Firstly,this paper describes the design of the tower from two aspects of architecture and structure.Then Midas Civil and Fea softwares were used to set up the finite element model of the space beam element and the solid element of the bridge tower respectively,structural design of bridge tower was calculated under the action of constant load,vehicle load and temperature gradient.and the results of two finite element models were compared.The calculation results show that the section size of the bridge tower is reasonable,and meets the requirements of the standard,and the integral calculation results of the beam element model and the solid element model were basically the same,however,the calculation results of local stress such as the bottom of the tower were different,the two models need to be checked with each other.
