金属离子在帕金森病发病机制中的作用研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 帕金森病以多巴胺能神经元变性为主要病理改变,患者体内生物金属离子的稳态失衡和重金属的蓄积常与中枢神经系统的氧化应激、酶活性降低、蛋白质聚集增加等有关,它们能引起级联反应,造成多巴胺能神经元变性和死亡。我们就主要金属离子在帕金森病发病机制中的作用的研究进展进行综述,以期进一步认识帕金森病的发病机制。 In the patients of Parkinson′s disease, dopaminergic neurons′ degeneration is the main pathological change. In the central nervous system, biometal ions′ imbalance and heavy metals′ accumulation are often connected with the oxidative stress, decreased enzyme activities, increased protein aggregations and so on. They lead to cascade reactions, resulting in dopaminergic neurons′ degeneration and death. In this paper, the research progresses on the main ions′ roles in the pathogenesis of Parkinson′s disease are reviewed, in order to further understand the pathogenic mechanism of Parkinson′s disease.
