PMO凝固均质化技术在20CrMnTi齿轮钢上的应用 被引量:34

Application of pulse magneto-oscillation homogenization technique on continuous casting of 20CrMnTi gear steel

摘要 为了解决20CrMnTi齿轮钢在生产过程中铸坯柱状晶发达及铸坯元素分布不均匀等缺陷,运用上海大学研发并已在连铸生产中取得理想效果的脉冲磁致振荡(pulsed magneto oscillation,简称PMO)凝固均质化技术对连铸20CrMnTi齿轮钢矩形坯进行均质化处理。结果表明,经PMO处理的20CrMnTi齿轮钢铸坯中心等轴晶率增加1倍左右,中心碳偏析指数从1.22降为1.04。金属原位分析仪元素面扫描检测发现,PMO处理铸坯的各元素分布更加均匀,连铸坯宏观偏析得到有效控制。该技术为今后提高连铸坯内部质量提供了一种新方法。 In order to solve the relatively developed columnar crystal growth of 20CrMnTi gear steel slab and the uneven distribution of slab elements,the pulsed magneto oscillation(pulsed magneto oscillation,PMO)solidification homogenization technology developed by Shanghai University which achieves perfect results in continuous casting production were used to homogenize 20CrMnTi gear steel billet.The experiment results of 20CrMnTi gear steel show that the area rate of central equiaxed grain in 20CrMnTi gear steel billet treated by PMO is two times that of billet without PMO.As a result,the center carbon segregation index decreases from 1.22 to 1.04.The solute distribution measured by In-situ metal analysis(LIBSOPA-200)presents that each element distribution in billet treated by PMO is more uniform,which indicates that the macro segregation in continuous casting billets is effectively controlled by the application of PMO.This technology provides a new method for improving the internal quality of continuous casting billet in the future.
