The role of NOD-like receptor pyrin domain containing 3 inflammasome in the course of acute lung injury

摘要 核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域(nucleotide binding oligomerization domain, NOD)样受体热蛋白结构域相关蛋白3 (NOD-like receptor pyrin domain containing 3, NLRP3)炎性体在固有免疫反应中起关键作用,其活化促进由caspase-1介导的炎症因子(IL-1β和IL-18)的释放及细胞焦亡。许多研究证实NLRP3炎性体在急性肺损伤(acute lung injury, ALI)中发挥重要作用。文章综述NLRP3炎性体及其在ALI起病、进展为急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome, ARDS)及导致肺纤维化中的作用。 Nucleotide binding oligomerization domain (NOD)-like receptor pyrin domain containing 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome plays a vital role in innate immune responses. Activation of NLRP3 inflammasomes promotes caspase-1-mediated secretion of proinflammatory cytokines IL-1β and IL-18 and pyroptosis. Many researches demonstrate that NLRP3 inflammasome plays an important role in acute lung injury (ALI). This article reviews NLRP3 inflammasome and underlying mechanism in the onset of ALI, developing to acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and pulmonary fibrosis.
