摘要
气体流经节流阀时,经过绝热膨胀,由于存在节流效应,在节流阀两端产生温差。运用PR方程计算CO2气体的节流系数,并回归拟合压强在2-0.1MPa,温度在260~300K的CO2节流系数与温度和压强的关系式,通过关系式模拟计算CO2气体节流后的温降,计算的结果与用温-焓图得到的数值是一致的。
When the gas flows through the throttle valve,it undergoes adiabatic expansion,and due to the throttling effect,a temperature difference is generated at both ends of the throttle valve.Calculate the throttling coefficient of CO 2 gas by using the PR equation,and regress the relationship between the CO 2 throttling coefficient and the temperature and pressure with a pressure of 2-0.1MPa and the temperature of 260~300K.Calculate the CO 2 gas throttling after the relationship simulation.The temperature drop is calculated in accordance with the values obtained by the temperature-enthalpy diagram.
