摘要
研制一套潮湿地区配电箱防凝露装置,从凝露产生的根源,即温度和湿度两个方面进行综合分析改进,一是降低开关柜内外的温差,二是降低开关柜内的湿度,同时结合降低成本和运维便捷等因素,来控制电机转向。该装置可有效解决潮湿地区,特别是秋冬季节,配电柜易凝露的问题。同时,采用双向风机可实现自动烘干干燥材料,节约人力运维成本。
This paper introduces the development of the condensation-proof device for distribution boxes in humid areas.Based on the root-cause of the condensation as well as the analysis of temperature and humidity,it introduces such measures of controlling the motor rotation as reducing the differences in temperature inside and outside of the switch cubicle,lowering the humidity inside it,cutting the cost and making the operation and maintenance more convenient.The device can effectively solve the problem of condensation of distribution cabinets in humid areas, especially in autumn and winter.The application of the two-way draught fan can realize automatic drying of desiccant materials to reduce the cost of man-powered operation and maintenance.
