摘要
对于桥梁钢结构,其杆件数量多,且外观相似,按照常规的生产管理模式很容易出现杆件混装的情况。文章针对钢结构在生产加工过程中存在的问题,采用基于BIM的施工管理技术来控制钢结构桥梁的制造、拼装、运输、吊装等重大工序,提升钢结构桥梁工程施工效率并降低成本。
The bridge steel structures have a large number of rods and similar appearance,thus the wrong installation of the rods is easy to occur according to the conventional production management mode.In view of the problems existing in the production and processing of steel structures,this article uses the BIM-based construction management technology to control the major processes such as manufacturing,assembling,transporting and hoisting of steel structure bridges,thus improving the construction efficiency and reducing the cost of steel structure bridges.
