摘要
开展了两种导弹密封用丁腈橡胶与氟橡胶低温油介质贮存老化试验,分析了在低温条件下,贮存在航空煤油与暴露在空气中两种不同橡胶的老化行为与失效规律,预测了低温油介质中它们的使用寿命。试验结果表明:低温条件下两种橡胶的老化速率减慢,随着在航空煤油介质中贮存时间越长,橡胶尺寸越大,硬度先减小后增大。由于溶胀,油介质中贮存的橡胶在老化后期压缩永久变形有所恢复。低温条件下在油介质中贮存的丁腈橡胶的寿命是暴露在空气中贮存的4.6倍,氟橡胶是暴露在空气中贮存的1.2倍。
The aging test of two kinds of missile-used rubber under low-temperature in oil medium was carried out. The aging behavior and failure law of two different rubbers stored in aviation kerosene and exposed to air were analyzed under low-temperature conditions. The service life of nitrile rubber and fluororubber was predicted. The test results show that the aging rate of the two rubbers slows down under low-temperature conditions. As the storage time of rubber in the aviation kerosene medium grows, the rubber size continues to increase, and the hardness decreases at the beginning of the test and then increases;Due to the swelling phenomenon, at the end of the test, the compression set rate of rubber stored in the oil medium is restored;Compression permanent distortion of rubber stored in the oil medium is restored to some extent;The lifespan of nitrile rubber and fluororubber stored in oil medium under low-temperature conditions is 4.6 times and 1.2 times, the life of rubber stored in air respectively.
