工艺仿真技术在某球铰产品开发中的应用研究

Study on Application of Process Simulation Technology to the Development of the Ball Joint

摘要 使用成型工艺分析技术,确定了某球铰产品硫化模具流道方案,并完成了开模试制;模拟了产品整个生产过程,通过对比硫化模具分析温度与实测温度验证了仿真模型的准确性,并根据产品硫化程度推荐了关键工艺参数。结果表明,产品填充状态与其质量分析结果相一致,流动平衡性满足实际生产需要;硫化模具分析温度和实测温度相吻合;产品刚度试验和溶胀指数试验证明了推荐工艺参数的合理性。 The runner plans of vulcanization mold for the ball joint were ascertained by using shaping process analysis technology,the product trial-manufacture was finished off.The whole process was simulated,the accuracy of the simulation model was proved by comparing the mold analysis temperature with the test temperature in reality,the process parameters were recommended based on the product vulcanization state.The rusults showed that the product filling state was a match for the mass analysis result well,the flowing balance met the requirements in reality.The mold analysis temperature was a match for the test temperature in reality.The rationality of the recommended process parameters was proved realistic by the product stiffness test and swelling index test.
