摘要
目的了解武汉市新入职护士转型冲击以及职业嵌入水平现状,分析两者相关性,为降低新护士转型冲击体验提升其职业嵌入水平提供参考依据。方法采用一般资料调查表、新护士转型冲击量表以及护士职业嵌入量表,对武汉市自2017年6月起入职的新护士进行问卷调查。结果武汉市新入职护士转型冲击量表总分为100.00±7.75,得分率为74.07%,各维度得分率为67.78%~80.76%,其中以知识与技能方面得分率最高。不同性别、最高学历、周平均工作时间、月平均收入以及工作性质是引起武汉市新入职护士转型冲击量重要因素,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Pearson相关显示,新入职护士转型冲击程度与职业嵌入水平呈负相关性(r=-0.85,P<0.01)。结论武汉市新入职护士转型冲击处于中等偏高水平,职业嵌入处于中等水平。转型冲击体验较高的新护士职业嵌入水平较低。护理管理者及教育者应针对新入职护士的转型特征采取针对性干预措施,有效降低转型冲击程度,提高职业嵌入水平,促进护理队伍健康发展。
[Objective]To investigate the current situation of transition shock and occupational embedding level of new nurses in Wuhan, and also analyzed the relativity of them. Finally to provide preference for reducing the feeling of transition shock and improve their occupational embedding level.[Methods] A questionnaire survey was conducted among newly recruited nurses in Wuhan since June 2017,using general information questionnaire, transition impact scale and occupational embedding scale.[Results] The total score of transition impact scale for newly recruited nurses was 100.00±7.75, with a score rate of 74.07%. The scores for all dimensions were 67.78%-80.76%, and the highest score were in terms of knowledge and skills. Genders, the highest education, weekly average working hours(h), monthly average income and the work nature were important factors that caused the difference in scores of the transformation shock scales among newly recruited nurses in Wuhan, which were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Pearson correlation coefficient showed that, the degree of transition shock of newly recruited nurses was negatively correlated with occupational embedding level(r=-0.85, P<0.01).[Conclusion] The level of transition shock of new nurses in Wuhan is medium-high, and occupational embedding level is medium. The new nurses with higher transition shock experience generally have lower levels of professional embedding. Nursing managers and educators should take targeted interventions according to the transformation characteristics of newly recruited nurses, effectively reduce the impact of transformation, improve the level of occupational embedding, and promote the healthy development of nursing team.
