摘要
渤中A区块已钻井达上百口,目前正在进行新一批的钻井作业,针对前期在大斜度井、水平井井段在钻井过程中,岩屑易堆积形成岩屑床,导致钻井过程效率低下、倒划眼频繁憋压、蹩扭矩等问题,通过引入机械式岩屑床清除工具,利用其机械挖掘作用和压力吸附、机械传动和循环推动作用,将堆积岩屑循环带离下井壁,随之循环带出井筒。以大斜度井段达到1400m左右的某37井为例,从该工具的加放、使用前后的钻井参数(泵压、扭矩等)对比、钻后倒划眼效果对比等方面分析说明岩屑床清除工具的效果和意义。
Bozhong A block has drilled hundreds of wells,and a new batch of wells drilling operations are under way.In the drilling process of high inclined wells and horizontal section of horizontal wells,cuttings easily accumulate to form cuttings beds,which leads to low drilling efficiency,frequent shutoff pressure in inverted reaming,and large torque.By using the mechanical excavation and pressure adsorption,mechanical transmission and cyclic driving of mechanical cuttings bed removal tool,the accumulated cuttings are removed from the wellbore and taken out of the wellbore.Taking a well with a high deviation interval of about 1 400 m as an example,the effect and significance of using the mechanical cuttings bed removal tool are illustrated by comparing the drilling parameters(pump pressure,torque,etc.)and the effects of inverted reaming before and after using the tool.
