摘要
目的:探究手术室细节护理在提高手术室护理安全性中的作用。方法:选取本院2016年4月~2018年3月收治的手术患者150例,随机分为常规组和细节组各75例。常规组采用常规护理,细节组采用细节护理,比较两组护理质量评分和不良事件发生率。结果:细节组器械准备、仪器管理、消毒隔离、护理配合等护理质量指标评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。细节组不良事件发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:手术室细节护理的应用可以提升手术护理的安全性,提高护理工作的质量,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the role of operating room detail nursing in improving the safety of operating room nursing. Methods: From April 2016 to March 2018, 150 surgical patients were randomly divided into routine group (75 cases) and detail group (75 cases).Routine nursing was used in routine group, detail nursing was used in detail group, nursing quality score and incidence rate of adverse events were compared between two groups.R esults: The scores of equipment preparation, instrument management, disinfection and isolation, nursing cooperation in detail group were higher than those in routine group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in detail group was significantly lower than that in routine group (P< 0.05).Conclusion: The application of detailed nursing in the operating room can improve the safety of surgical care and improve the quality of nursing work, which is worth promoting.
