摘要
为解决选煤厂传统煤泥干燥系统在应用时出现酸性腐蚀严重、燃料燃烧不充分、粉尘浓度高等技术难题,大同煤矿集团煤炭洗选公司精煤分公司晋华宫选煤厂通过技术研究,对原煤泥干燥系统进行优化设计,通过实际应用发现,优化后的煤泥干燥系统有效降低了煤泥干燥期间产生的腐蚀性物质及粉尘浓度,提高了产品质量指标。
In order to solve the technical problems of serious acid corrosion,insufficient fuel combustion and high dust concentration in the traditional slime drying system of coal preparation plant,Through technical research,the drying system of raw slime was optimized in Jinhuagong Coal preparation Plant of Datong Coal Mine Group Coal washing Co.,Ltd.The optimized slime drying system effectively reduces the corrosive material and dust concentration produced during slime drying,and improves the product quality index.
