摘要
介绍了洗煤厂分级破碎机的工作原理以及分级破碎机的结构,分别对破碎辊旋转方向、转速、破碎齿、破碎比进行了优化设计,以期提高其生产效率,实现节能降耗。
This paper introduces the working principle and the structure of the classified crusher in the coal preparation plant,and optimizes the revamping of the rotating direction of the crushing roller,the determination of the rotational speed,the design of the broken teeth and the determination of the crushing ratio,respectively.In order to improve its production efficiency,achieve energy saving and consumption reduction.
