摘要
目的:分析新产程标准在对初产妇进行产程管理中的应用价值.方法:选择2017年1月至2018年1月期间在邛崃市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心进行分娩的80例初产妇作为研究对象.将这80例初产妇分为对照组(n=40)和试验组(n=40).为对照组产妇按照Friedman产程标准进行产程管理,为试验组产妇按照新产程标准进行产程管理.然后,比较两组产妇焦虑自评量表(SAS)的评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)的评分、第一产程的时间、第二产程的时间、总产程的时间、剖宫产的发生率、产后出血的发生率、对护理服务的满意率及其新生儿出生1 min时新生儿评分标准(Apgar)评分的异常率.结果:治护后,与对照组产妇相比,试验组产妇SAS的评分、SDS的评分、剖宫产率均更低,其第一产程的时间、第二产程的时间、总产程的时间均更短,其对护理服务的满意率更高(P<0.05).治护后,两组产妇产后出血的发生率及其新生儿出生1 min时Apgar评分的异常率相比,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05.结论:将新产程标准应用于对初产妇进行产程管理中的临床效果确切,可有效地降低初产妇剖宫产的发生率,提高初产妇对护理服务的满意率.
Objective: To analyze the application value of the new labor process standard in the management of the labor process of the puerpera. Methods: 80 first-time mothers who gave birth in qionglai city maternal and child care family planning service center between January 2017 and January 2018 were selected as study objects. The 80 cases were divided into control group (n=40) and experimental group (n=40). Women in the control group were given labor management according to the Friedman labor standard, while women in the experimental group were given labor management according to the new labor standard. Results: after treatment and nursing, compared with the control group, the score of SAS, SDS and cesarean section in the experimental group were lower, the time of the first labor, the time of the second labor and the total labor were shorter, and the satisfaction rate of the nursing service was higher (P < 0.05). After treatment, there was no significant difference in the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups and the abnormal rate of Apgar score at 1 min after birth (P > 0.05). Conclusion: the application of the new labor standard in the management of the labor process of the puerpera has an accurate clinical effect, which can effectively reduce the incidence of cesarean section and improve the satisfaction rate of puerpera to the nursing service.
