摘要
目的了解安徽省在读的农村订单定向三年制中医学专业学生(在校定向生,简称定向生)服务基层及影响因素。方法对在校的2015级至2018级194定向生进行问卷调查,采用SPSS19.0软件对数据进行分析。结果98.40%的定向在校生愿意履约,六年服务期满后愿意继续服务基层的只有20.86%,不愿意的有26.20%,说不清的有52.94%。对专业感兴趣和认同的在校定向生长期服务基层意愿高于不感兴趣和不认同(p<0.05),性别、户籍不同的差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论加强专业认同教育,提高专业学习兴趣有助于增强定向在校生长期服务基层意愿。
Objective To investigate the service level and influencing factors of three-year rural-oriented students of traditional Chinese medicine (orientated students) in Anhui province through questionnaire survey. Method A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 194 toiented students from 2015 to 2018. The data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software. Result 98.40% of the otiented students were willing to fulfill the contract, while only 20.86% of them were willing to continue to serve at the grass-roots level after six years of service, 26.20% were unwilling and 52.94% were not clear. The orientation of professional interest and identity was higher than that of non-interest and non-identity ( p < 0.05),while the orientation of gender and household registration had no statistical significance ( p > 0.05). Conclusion Strengthening professional identity education and enhancing professional learning interest were helpful to enhance the willingness to serve the grass-roots level in the growing period of school.
