摘要
用大学生心理资本问卷对1332名被试进行调查,结果显示大学生心理资本状况基本良好,总均分为4.629,除乐观外,其余各个维度的均分都在4分以上。六个维度的得分从低到高为乐观(3.411)、韧性、愿景、自信、合作、感恩(5.756)。不同性别在感恩维度上存在显著性差异;女性得分高于男性;独生与否、专业不同在乐观上也存在显著性差异;在家庭经济情况上,心理资本在愿景和乐观上存在显著差异。大学生心理资本及其各维度在不同年级、学习成绩和人际关系上均存在显著性差异。建议高校对大学生开展心理资本全方位教育,注重培养大学生乐观、韧性精神,提高他们的社会适应性和竞争力。
A survey was conducted on 1 332 subjects with the psychological capital questionnaire of college students, and the results showed that the psychological capital of college students was basically good, with a total score of 4?? 629. In addition to optimism, the average score of other dimensions was more than 4 points. The score of the six dimensions was from low to high: optimism (3.411), resilience, vision, confidence, cooperation and gratitude (5.756). There are significant differences in gratitude dimensions between different genders, and women scored higher than men. There are also significant differences in optimism between the only - child or not and different professions. In terms of family economic situation, there exist remarkable differences in the vision and the optimism;College students’psychological capital and its dimensions present significant differences in different grades, academic performance and interpersonal relationships. It is suggested that colleges and universities carry out all - around psychological capital education for college students. In addition, colleges should pay attention to cultivating the optimism and resilience spirit of college students and improving their social adaptability and competitiveness.
