装载机定变量式工作液压系统动态特性与能耗分析 被引量:8

摘要 通过对某装载机定变量式工作液压系统组成与作业过程的分析,利用AMESim仿真软件建立其机液联合仿真模型并进行动态仿真分析,得出装载机在一个Ⅰ型铲装循环作业过程中的动态特性,并在此基础上对其输出功率及耗能情况进行计算分析.研究结果表明:在装载机工作过程中,工作油缸运动速度稳定,且具有较大的速度刚度;变量泵输出流量匹配于工作负载流量需求,与定量泵合流,共同向工作系统供油;改变多路阀阀口开度,系统输出功率随之改变,但系统效率基本恒定,具有明显的节能效果. According to analysis of composition and working process of a gomestic company-produced loader working with fixed/variable-displacement hydraulic system, a simulation model with hydraulic-mechanical cooperation was established with simulation software AMESim to carry out dynamic simulation analysis, the dynamic characteristics of the loader in a period of type I shoveling-loading cycle was obtained, and on this basis, its output power and energy dissipation were calculated and analysed. It was shown by the research result that in the operational process of the loader, the operational, oil cylinder would have stable moving speed and a greater unchanged speed, the output flow rate of the variable pump would be a match for the demand of flow rate of work load while supply oil to the work system together with the quantitative pump. By means of changing the opening of the orifice of multi-way valve, the system output power would consequently change, but the system efficiency would be basically constant, having an obvious energy saving effect.
