摘要
目的了解计划生育(简称计生)专业技术人员培训效果,为改进培训方式和内容提供科学依据,拓展计生服务,促进新时期计生工作转型。方法对培训学员及部分学员的单位主管领导进行问卷调查,运用描述性分析、卡方检验、方差分析等统计学方法对数据进行分析。结果不同组别的医疗机构级别、年龄、学历、职称分布差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训学员对培训效果的评价都较高,总体效果得分平均为(4.41±0.68)分;组间差异无统计学意义。学员单位主管领导整体满意度得分平均为(4.64±0.54)分,组间差异无统计学意义。结论针对计生技术人员的培训内容契合了培训需求,不同方式的培训取得了较好的效果,应更重视培训微观模块的系统整合,开展多元化培训方法,加强培训后管理,以期进一步提高培训效果。
Objective: To understand the training effect of professional and technical personnel for family planning,provide scientific basis for improving the training method and content,expand family planning services,and promote the transformation of family planning work in the new era. Method: Questionnaire survey was conducted on trainees and supervisors of some trainees,and descriptive analysis,chi-square test,variance analysis and other statistical methods were used to analyze the data. Result: The distribution of levels,ages,educational background and professional titles of medical institutions in different groups had statistical significance( P <0.05).The trainees had a high evaluation of the training effect,and the average score of the overall effect was(4.41±0.68),and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant.The average score of the overall satisfaction of the leaders of the trainees’ units was(4.64±0.54),and the difference between the groups was not statistically significant. Conclusion: The training content for family planning technicians meets the training needs,and different training methods have achieved good results.More attention should be paid to the system integration of micro training modules,diversified training methods should be carried out,and post-training management should be strengthened,so as to further improve the training effect.
