摘要
目的探讨分析新形势下临床护理教学管理改革的方法与效果。方法选择2016年9月—2018年9月在我院实习的140名护生作为研究对象。按照随机对照表法,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各70例。对照组采用传统带教模式,观察组在此基础上,实施教学改革,比较两组护生的教学满意度、实习成绩与优秀带教率。结果观察组护生的教学满意度为95.71%,高于对照组的82.86%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生的理论成绩、基础护理操作成绩与综合技能考核成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生的优秀带教率为91.43%,高于对照组的74.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新形势下加强临床护理教学管理的改革工作尤为重要,可显著提高护生满意度与综合成绩,大大改善了教学水平与带教能力。
Objective To explore and analyze the methods and effects of clinical nursing teaching management reform under the new situation. Methods 140 nursing students who were interned in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were selected as the subjects of study. According to the method of random control table, they were divided into control group and observation group, each group had 70 cases. The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode. On this basis, the observation group carried out teaching reform. The teaching satisfaction, practice results and excellent teaching rate of the two groups were compared. Results The teaching satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group was 95.71%, higher than 82.86% in the control group (P < 0.05). The theoretical scores, basic nursing operation scores and comprehensive skills test scores of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The excellent teaching rate of nursing students in the observation group was 91.43%, which was higher than 74.29% in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion It is particularly important to strengthen the reform of clinical nursing teaching management under the new situation, which can significantly improve the satisfaction and comprehensive results of nursing students.
