摘要
集团企业通过财务共享中心,能够实现对自身财务的集中管理,并且也能够全面掌握自身的资金实力,进而做出相应的生产经营规划和经营方向调整。论文对集团企业财务共享中心作出介绍,随后针对集团企业财务共享中心当中存在的问题提出相应的改进策略。
Through the financial sharing center, group enterprises can realize the centralized management of their own financial, and also can fully grasp their own financial strength, and then make the corresponding production and management planning and management direction adjustment. This paper introduces the financial sharing center of group enterprises, and then puts forward corresponding improvement strategies for the problems existing in the financial sharing center of group enterprises.
