摘要
随着当今社会的快速发展,人们对食品的要求已经从质保问题转变为了营养与安全问题。而评价食品安全与否的一个重要手段就是食品检测技术。食品检测人员根据食品安全法律体系对食品成分进行检测是保障人民饮食安全的一个重要途径。但是,从目前食品检测的运行情况来看,食品检测准确率仍有待提高。本文通过对造成食品检测准确率下降的可能性进行分析,依据当今的食品检测技术,提出了提升食品检测准确率的方法,希望能对当今的食品安全有所帮助。
With the rapid development of today’s society, people’s demand for food quality has changed to nutrition and safety issues. Food detection technology is an important means to evaluate food safety. Food inspectors detect food ingredients according to the established food safety legal system, which is an important way to ensure people’s dietary safety. However, from the current operation of food testing, the accuracy of food testing still needs to be improved. In this paper, the possibility of reducing the accuracy of food detection was analyzed. In a word, the current food detection technology, several methods to improve the accuracy of food detection were put forward, hoping to be helpful to today’s food safety problems.
