后退式注浆技术在隧道突涌堆积体加固处治中的应用 被引量:14

摘要 结合昆楚高速公路勤丰特长隧道进口段在富水、强中风化砂岩地质条件下产生突泥涌水后的处治实际,对突泥涌水产生的堆积体采用ZF-A45型橡胶注水封孔器进行后退式注浆加固,使堆积体内部得到有效的固结,防止堆积体在清理过程中因堆积体内部挤压力而涌出,避免发生施工安全事故.并重点阐述了后退式注浆加固技术较普通前进式注浆加固的优点以及采用新型封孔器在后退式注浆中起到的重要作用,进而有效实现了隧道突涌堆积体分段固结渐进式清理的目的. Combined with the treatment practice of the inlet section of Qinfeng Extra-long Tunnel in Kunchu Expressway after mud gushing under the geological conditions of water-rich and medium-weathered sandstone, the mud pile produced by gushing was strengthened with ZF-A45 type mbber water injection sealing device for retrograde grouting, so as to effectively consolidate the pile body and prevent it from gushing out because of the internal extrusion pressure in the process of cleaning up, and avoid construction safety accidents. The advantages of the retrograde grouting reinforcement technology were expounded in this paper with comparison of the common progressive grouting reinforcement technology, the important role was discussed by the new type of hole sealing device in the backward grouting. Thus, the purpose was realized effectively through progressive consolidation and gradual cleaning of the gushing pile in the tunnel.
