基于全站仪的大尺寸测量场数据融合技术 被引量:7

Research on Data Fusion Technology in Large Scale Measurement Field Based on Total Station

摘要 高精度大尺寸测量场的构建是实现大部件自动装配工艺的基础,测量设备需要多次转站对部件所有关键点进行测量,并使用数据融合技术得到测量结果。作为大尺寸测量领域常见的测量设备,全站仪可以用于组建高精度的测量控制网络。首先在多站位下获得冗余测量数据,使用奇异值分解法求解站位之间的转站参数,作为迭代初值。然后以高精度角度测量值作为约束,采用雅可比迭代方法对测量结果进行优化,提高全站仪的测量精度。最后使用全站仪开展数据融合实验,对某型号大型火箭筒段端面的关键点进行测量,优化后的拟合平面精度提高近30%。该研究提高了大尺寸测量的总体精度,有望为大尺寸零件自动装配工艺提供帮助。 The high-precision large scale measurement field builds the foundation for the automatic assembly process of large-scale parts. It is always necessary for equipment to measure at different stations to reach all the key points and at last get results through data fusion. The total station that are commonly used to build large scale measurement field are selected to establish a high-precision measurement control network. Firstly, redundant measuring data from total station in multiple stations is obtained, and the parameters of registration which is the initial value of iteration are solved using Singular Value Decomposition. Next, within the constraint of high precision angle measurement value, the result is optimized by Jacobian matrix iteration algorithm and the measurement precision of total station is increased. Finally, total station data fusion experiment is carried out and the measurement precision of the end surface of large rocket cylinder is increased by nearly 30%. This study improves the overall precision in large scale measurement filed, which is expected to provide help for the automatic assembly process of large-scale parts.
