摘要
在我国城镇化快速推进进程中,教育问题不断累积,教育供需矛盾日趋严峻。当前存量规划背景下提出的城市修补理论,无疑为解决民生问题提供了新方向和新思路,教育短板修补将迎来最佳机遇。文章将城市修补理论融入到教育设施规划当中,结合南昌市中心城区中小学布点规划实践,从调整供需结构、修正设施体系、填补用地缺口和强化规划管控四方面探索可行的教育设施规划修补策略,以期为相关规划提供参考。
Educational problems have increased and educational demand-supply is getting off-balance in the fast urbanization process. Urban repair theory offers a new concept for the solution of people’s livelihood issue. Integrating urban repair theory with educational facilities planning, the paper takes Nanchang central district middle and primary school planning as an example, studies repair strategies for educational facilities from four aspects: adjustment of demand-supply, repair of facility system, making up land use, and strengthening planning guidance. It provides a reference for other cases.
