摘要
本文综述了铁族硬质合金的性能特点,重点关注了WC-Co基硬质合金的研究现状,归纳了通过添加不同组分对硬质合金性能的影响,介绍了粉体制备、烧结工艺、制备过程中的相变以及界面反应,指出WC/Co薄层界面相容的晶格匹配使其表现出优良的服役性能。然而,高速切削对硬质合金刀具的强度、硬度、耐磨性和高温抗氧化性等各项性能提出了新的挑战,新型硬质合金的开发仍然任重而道远。
The performance characteristics of iron-based cemented carbides are reviewed,especially concerning on the state-of the-art of WC-Co-based cemented carbides. The effects of different components on the properties of cemented carbides are summarized,and the powder preparation, sintering process,phase transformation in the preparation process and interfacial reaction are introduced. It is pointed out that the lattice matching of WC/Co thin layer interface makes it show excellent service performance. However ,high-speed cutting poses new challenges to the properties of cemented carbide tools such as strength,hardness,wear resistance and high- temperature oxidation resistance,the development of new cemented carbides still has a long way to go.
