摘要
新生代农民工是城市经济发展中不可或缺的一员,但是受职业技能、文化素养等方面的局限,他们中的很多人无法在城市长期立足而完成市民化进程。新生代农民工的继续教育受诸多因素影响,如农民工自身缺乏知识改变命运的坚定信念、市场不规范、缺乏可行性政府指导等因素。要改变这一现状,应探讨搭建政府主导的农民工就业教育平台,创设适合农民工的继续教育培训方式,完善继续教育课程体系建设等。
New generation of migrant workers is an indispensable member of urban economic development,but limited by vocational skills,cultural attainments,etc.many of them are unable to take a long-term foothold in the city to complete the process of urbanization.The continuing education of the new generation of migrant workers is influenced by many factors,for example,the migrant workers themselves lack the firm belief of“knowledge change destiny”,the market is not standardized and lack of feasible government guidance,etc.To change present situation,we should explore how to build a government-led employment education platform for migrant workers,create continuing education and training ways suitable for migrant workers and perfect the construction of continuing education curriculum system,etc.
