摘要
公立医院改革的不断深化对医院转型发展和经济管理水平提升提出了更高要求,信息化技术的快速发展为医院财务管理转型升级提供了现实可能。基于上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院的实践,介绍了公立医院临床科室运营助理设置模式,包括组织架构、岗位职责、人员选拔、工作机制、能力培养、考核评价等,探讨了临床科室运营助理设置模式需要重点关注的问题,并提出相应的建议和展望。
The continuous deepening of public hospital reform has put forward higher requirements for transformation and economic management of the public hospitals,and the rapid development of information technology has provided a realistic possibility for the transformation and upgrading of hospital financial management.Based on the practice of Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine,the setting mode of operation assistant for clinical department in public hospitals is introduced in the article,including the organizational structure,job responsibilities,personnel selection,working mechanism,ability training,assessment and evaluation,etc.,and the major issues about the setting mode of operation assistant for clinical department are discussed,then suggestions and prospects are presented accordingly.
