摘要 根据系统科学理论和方法,基于“社会-经济-生态-环境”研究思路,构建城市土地集约利用评价指标体系,采用集对分析方法和障碍度模型,分析咸宁市城市土地集约利用水平及影响城市土地集约利用的障碍因子。研究结果表明:2005-2016年咸宁市城市土地集约利用水平经历了“较粗放-临界集约-较集约”的演变历程,2016年城市土地集约利用等级为“较集约”,但集约水平不高;经济水平、生态响应和环境质量是影响城市土地集约利用水平的主要因素;单位面积工业固体废物产生量、单位面积废气排放量、人均社会消费品零售总额、绿地面积、人均绿地面积等是制约城市土地集约利用状况改善的关键因素。 Based on the theory and methods of system science,and the research idea of “ society- economy-ecology- environment”,the evaluation index system of urban land intensive utilization was constructed.The set pair analysis method and obstacle degree model were adopted to analyze the level of urban land intensive utilization in Xianning city and obstacle factors affecting it.The results are shown as follows:From 2005 to 2016,the level of urban land intensive utilization in Xianning experienced the evolution of “more extensive-critical intensive-more intensive”.In 2016,the grade of urban land intensive utilization was “more intensive”,but the level was not high;The primary factors affecting the level of urban land intensive utilization in Xianning were economic level,ecological response and environmental quality;Key factors that restrict the improvement of urban land intensive utilization include industrial solid waste production per unit area,exhaust emissions per unit area,per capita retail sales of social consumer goods,green areas,per capita green areas.
