摘要
为推动水路运输节能减排、实现绿色发展,以LNG为燃料的动力船舶在内河航运中得到推广应用。而作为LNG动力船舶的重要基础保障设施,LNG加注站的规模数量及选址对内河LNG的推广应用具有深远的影响。结合内河水运LNG的发展现状及前景,分析了内河船用LNG燃料需求预测方法和具体实施步骤,并研究提出了内河LNG加注站规模数量确定模型及选址方法要点,供内河LNG加注站布局规划及建设时参考。
In order to promote energy conservation and emission reduction of waterway transportation and achieve green development, LNG-powered power vessels have been widely used in inland river navigation. As an important basic support facility for LNG power vessels, the number and location of LNG filling stations have an important impact on the promotion of inland river LNG. Based on the development status and prospects of inland river waterway LNG, we analyzed the forecasting methods and implementation steps of inland river marine LNG fuel demand, and proposes the model of determining the scale and quantity of inland river LNG filling stations and the key points of site selection, which can be used as a reference for the layout planning and construction of inland river LNG filling station.
