摘要
介绍了广东石油化工学院蒸气裂解制乙烯评价(SCEE)装置的特点、组成和功能。利用本装置可以开展裂解原料特性、研究裂解产物分布规律、研究加热炉结垢结焦腐蚀机理、优化工业裂解炉生产条件方面的模拟实验。通过在小试条件下求取反应动力学参数,可为工业炉更换、优化原料,优化裂解炉的工艺参数提供基础数据,以及为乙烯原料裂解评价提供参考。
The characteristics, composition, and function of the steam cracking ethylene evaluation(SCEE) device of Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology are introduced. The device can be used to carry out simulation experiments on the characteristics of cracking raw materials, researching on the distribution regulars of cracking products, studying the mechanism of scaling and coking corrosion of heating furnaces, and optimizing the production conditions of industrial cracking furnaces. Under the condition of small scale test, the kinetic parameters of the reaction are obtained, which can provide basic data for industrial furnace replacement, optimization of raw materials, optimization of process parameters of the cracking furnace, and provide reference for cracking evaluation of ethylene raw materials.
