摘要
大功率全控型电力电子器件制造及控制技术的发展,推动了柔性直流输电工程的建设。基于柔性直流输电系统控制方式和拓扑结构的特殊性,在直流侧发生故障时,其故障电流上升速度极快且破坏性极强。针对柔性直流输电系统的故障类型和保护分区进行讨论,结合现阶段的故障隔离技术,介绍了直流断路器、换流器和交流断路器的应用状况。为快速隔离故障,详细介绍了柔性直流线路保护中的行波保护、微分欠压保护和其他新型保护,并对柔性直流输电技术的发展趋势进行了展望。
The development of high-power fully controlled power electronic device manufacturing and control technology promotes the construction of voltage source converter based high voltage direct current(VSC-HVDC)project.Due to the special control mode and topology of VSC-HVDC,the fault current surges rapidly and can cause severe damages in the case of DC-side faults.This paper discusses the fault types and protection partitions generated by VSC-HVDC transmission system,and introduces the application status of DC circuit breakers,converter and AC circuit breaker in combination with the present fault isolation technology.In order to quickly isolate faults,the paper elaborates on the traveling wave protection,differential undervoltage protection and other new protections,and expects the development trend of VSC-HVDC transmission.
