摘要
根据热采放喷期间采出液特征,采用滚动式加热炉模拟配制不同乳化温度下形成的油包水乳状液,通过流变仪、光学显微镜研究了乳化温度、含水率、实验测试温度对乳状液黏度的影响和乳状液的微观特性分析。结果表明,乳状液黏度随着乳化温度的升高先急剧增加后缓慢下降,乳状液含水率为30%~60%时,乳状液的乳化严重区间为90℃~150℃。乳状液的黏度随着含水率的升高而增加,随测试温度的升高而降低。含水率从30%增加至60%,油包水乳状液中液滴数量增多,液滴间距离减小,平均液滴直径增大。
Based on the properties of the liquid produced out of the thermal production wells during blow off period,W/O emulsions were prepared by roller reheating furnace at different simulated emulsifyng temperatures.Microcosmic properties of emulsion and emulsion viscosity affected by emulsifying temperature,moisture content,experiment temperature were studied.The results indicated that emulsion viscosity obviously increased and then decreased with increasing emulsifying temperature.The serious emulsifying interval of emulsion was at 90℃~150℃.Emulsion viscosity increased with the increase of moisture content and decreased with the increase in experiment temperature.When moisture content of W/O emulsion increased from 30%to 60%,densities of water particles and the average droplet diameter increased while drop distance decreased.
