低渗透油气藏水平井固井用增韧防窜剂的研发和应用 被引量:4

摘要 低渗透油气藏是中国目前最为现实的待开发非常规油气资源,将在未来10~20年内,成为弥补常规油气产量短缺的重要的角色。针对国内低渗透油气水平井开发、多级压裂和工厂化作业等特点,以建立长期有效的层间封隔为目标,研发了油井水泥用增韧防窜剂。该增韧防窜剂可有效缩短水泥浆静胶凝过渡时间15min以内,降低水泥浆失水,提高水泥防窜性能;另一方面可降低水泥石弹性模量,提高水泥石抗冲击性能10%以上,明显改善水泥石韧性。在长庆油田陇东区块24口油井水平井固井作业中进行了应用,固井优质率平均提高15%以上,后期压裂改造过程中未发现水窜,含水率降低30%~60%,有效抑制了井底压裂后的油气水窜问题,产油量明显增大。 The low permeability reservoir is the most realistic undeveloped oil and gas resource in China.It will play an important role in making up the shortage of conventional oil and gas production in the next 10-20 years.In view of the stage fracturing and factory operation and other characteristics of the domestic horizontal well development of low permeability oil and gas reservoirs,in order to establish an effective long-term interlayer isolation,anti-channeling toughening agent for oil well cement has been developed.It can effectively shorten the cement set time to within 15min to reduce the water loss and improve the anti-channeling perforamnce,and to reduce the elastic modulus of cement to improve the anti-impact performance of cement stone by more than 10%,obviously improving the cement stone toughness.It has been used in 24 wells at Longdong block of Changqing oilfield,the cementing quality is increased by more than 15%,and the water flow is not found during the post-fracturing process,the water content is reduced by 30%~60%.The oil and gas flow problems at well bottom after fracturing is effectively inhibited,and oil production is obviously increased.
