摘要
为研究高职生心理健康水平随社会年代发展的变化规律,为高职院校学生心理健康教育提供依据与对策。采用SCL-90测评工具对2011年至2017年中国大陆地区102篇文献中的高职生心理健康测试数据进行分析,共研究172537人在量表上的9个因子随年代变化的趋势,发现每一因子均与年份呈极高相关性,高职生心理问题逐步增加,心理健康水平呈下降趋势。学校与教师需转变过去以问题为导向的观念,注重以发展为导向的积极心理品质培养,构建高职生积极心理健康教育的新模式。
In order to study change rule of vocational college students healthy level developed with social development and provide basis and countermeasures for mental health education of higher vocational college students.Using SCL-90 assessment tools,mental health test data in 102 document of vocational college students of mainland were analyzed.172 537 research objects are studied.The result of study shows that there are 9 factors on the scale that would be changed with the time.High correlation between factor and year are also found.Psychological problems of higher vocational students are gradually increasing and the mental health levels are on the decline.Based on this situation,Schools and teachers should change the previous problem-oriented concept,Positive psychological quality should be cultivated with the view of development-oriented and a new model of positive mental health also should be built.
