摘要
以某电厂运行12万小时的15Cr1Mo1V钢主蒸汽管及R317焊缝作为研究对象,对其显微组织及室温、高温力学性能进行了研究,并对其在560℃下的安全服役状态进行了分析。结果表明:服役态管组织中无贝氏体区域,晶界上碳化物聚集长大,晶内存在细小弥散碳化物,组织有一定的老化现象;与供货态相比,服役态管力学性能均有一定的下降,室温抗拉强度下降幅度较小,高温下的力学性能下降幅度较大;服役态管R317焊缝具有明显的脆化现象,应防止其在冷态下受到较大的冲击而产生裂纹;15Cr1Mo1V钢和R317焊缝可以满足560℃下的安全服役。
Taking a main steam pipe of 15Cr1Mo1V steel and R317 welded joint after service for 120 000 h as a research object,the microstructure and mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature were studied,and the safety service at 560℃was analyzed.The results show that there is no bainite region in the microstructure of the service tube,the carbide aggregated on the grain boundary grows gradually.There are fine dispersed carbides in the crystal,and the microstructure has certain aging phenomenon.Compared with the supply state,the mechanical properties of the service tube are declining,the tensile strength at room temperature decreases slightly,and the mechanical properties at high temperature decrease greatly.The welded joint of the service tube has obvious embrittlement and should be prevented from being cracked by a large impact at low temperature.15Cr1Mo1V steel and R317 welds can be safely serviced at 560℃.
