摘要
金属零件表面硫化工艺在航空工业、汽车工业等领域有所应用,其含硫表面层具有优良的润滑性能,可有效提高摩擦副零件的使用寿命。在生产过程中,硫化层表面极易出现白斑、发花、腐蚀及擦拭后膜层掉落等缺陷,影响产品质量。本文主要通过实践经验总结,对金属零件化学硫化层表面缺陷形成的原因进行分析,并提出了相应的解决措施。
Surface sulphurizing technology which has been applied to metal parts in the fields of aviation industry,automobile industrycan effectively improve the service life of friction pair parts.In the process of production,the surface of the sulphurizing layer is prone to defects such as hickie,corrosion and film abscission after wiping,which affects the quality of the product.With the practical experience summary,the causes of surface defects in chemical sulphurizing layer of metal parts are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.
